William Allen Crutcher Jr., aka “Alligator Al,” a longtime resident of Grand Lake, passed away on May 2, 2011, in Beaver Dam, Ariz. He is survived by wife Linda; daughters Shawna and Shelly; brothers Dave and Bruce; five grandchildren; as well as great-grandchildren.

Allen was the epitome of the quite, deep, kind soul many make reference to, but rarely meet. Allen showed those of us that shared time with him, the meaning of those words.
