Pamela K. (Pam) Davis Lewis was born Feb. 3, 1944 and died Dec. 7, 2002 in Denver,Colorado at the age of 58. Cause of death was colon cancer.
Pam was a good friend in high school. We had many good times together.So sorry for her passing.
