Services were Wednesday at Moore Howard Mortuary for Dr. James Paul Juchem, a dentist. Burial was in Arvada Cemetery.

Juchem, 33, of 700 S. Ogden St., died Saturday at Steamboat Springs from injuries sustained in a traffic accident.

He was born Jan.4, 1944, in Denver. He attended Wheat Ridge High School, Colorado State University, the University of Colorado and Temple University School of Dentistry.

Juchem served as a captain in the Air Force. He was a member of Mile Hi Church of Religious Science, Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Zeta Epsilon Pi dental fraternity, Adams County Dental Society and Metropolitan Denver Dental Study Club. 

Survivors include his parents, James and Dorothy Juchem, Toms River N.J; a sister, Mrs. Creta Gerhart, Austin, TX; and his grandmother, Mrs. Jane Juchem, Denver.
