March 26, 1944 sales Married 6 The exchange trip to Bradenton, Florida
(Larry passed away April 10, 2015, from complications of cancer).

I've been happily married to Tomie (from Star Valley Wyoming) for 47 years. We met at BYU in the marching band and both received our Bachelor of Science degrees.  I've worked in sales most of my life. I worked for a convenience store chain (Maverik) for 20 years as supervisor, auditor, and vice-president. We later owned and operated a resort 34 miles SW of Jackson, WY. We had 40 hotel rooms, a restaurant and lounge, a Chevron station and convenience store, and an ice cream shop with video rentals.
I love to hunt and fly fish, having lived in western Wyoming for 28 years. Tomie is an accomplished artist and decorator. She does tole painting, faux painting and murals. Her specialty is turning a house into a home. We currently live south of Salt Lake City near Utah Lake.
We have six kids, 21 grandkids, and 3 great grandkids. We love to travel, but want to do a lot more. We've been to Canada, Mexico (many times and many places), Bahamas, Aruba, and Italy, including Sicily. We are planning to see Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, Belize, Guatemala, and much of Central America in our "golden years".

August 12, 1944 Retired and teaching golf stoneycreekgolfcourse.com Married 4 Mr. Collins in wood shop.
After graduation I enlisted in the Marine Corps. Boot camp just about killed me, I was only 128 lbs soaking wet when I enlisted, but I endured and came out with a great attitude and an extra 70 lbs. Landed in Okinawa for about six months, spent cold weather training on Mt. Fuji, got to see wonderful DaNang, Viet Nam for three months, got married to Judy six months before I got out of the Marines and spent  another year in scenic Barstow, Calif.
I tried several occupations before getting into drafting. After twelve years of manual drafting my claim to fame was helping design the frozen food container that went up on Apollo 11.

Had my son Mike in 1970 then got divorced three years later. Second marriage was to Gail and we had our daughter Misty, in 1979.

Had an opportunity to get into the latest technology at the time, CAD, computer aided drafting. Really found my stride in the computer age and started programming. I had CAD jobs at Stearns-Roger, Exxon Chemical Co, DYE designs (golf course design), Target Stores Headquarters (auto layout out of new stores), Centennial Engineering (road and bridge design), FHU (Pena Blvd road design), Martin-Martin (DIA runway design), and finally Auto-trol Technology Company(custom programming for the NSA, Ford Motor Company, and many others).
Third and final marriage was to Beverly in 2000.  She was my golf student and now she won't listen to when I try to help her with her swing.  She has two wonderful daughters, Jessica icia and Stephanie.  Jessica has two kids, Olivia 6 and Troy 4.  Stephanie is pregnant and expecting in March 2013.

Retired in 2006 and spent time giving golf lessons and of course playing golf. I played in several Colorado Senior Opens but never sniffed victory. Like they say, those that can do and those that can’t teach. I have had a lot of success teaching golf and I get more excited when a student hits good shots than they do.
My daughter moved to Tucson and in 2008 and made me a grandpa. Spend 6 months in Tucson in the winter of 2008 to be with Misty and Austin. Lived in a golf course community called Vail and had a wonderful winter. In the spring of 2009 I came back to Denver and to Beverly and our grandkids.
Fall of 2009 I had both knees replaced. The new knees played havoc with my golf game but I have finally got my golf game back into shape.
Now we have our two grandkids two weekends a month because their parents are both in the health care industry and need to work a couple of weekends a month. I also look after a retired 93 year old retired lady a couple days a week. We take drives to the mountains or see a movie or take a walk. I just try and help her just enjoy life a little more.

To keep busy I run the Pro Shop three half days a week at Stoney Creek golf course in Arvada, give golf lessons there, practice and play at Stoney, and of course play 18 holes with my son Mike on Thursdays. Plus all those pesky honey-do's.

My how time flies!  Chuck and I have been married 46 years.  I think it's true that the longer you are married the more you become like each other.  We pretty much enjoy the same things. Our family, friends, and faith in God are the important things in life to us.  I used to play a lot of tennis but not so much anymore.  Chuck and I enjoy walking together each morning and occasionally playing golf. I'm still working part time for a faith-based non profit working with at risk kids. I have loved reading everyone's bio and am looking forward to our action packed week at the reunion.  I am truly a "guest" on this website.  Thanks to Scott I can visit the past.  I loved all of you and died a small death when I could not continue to go to WRHS.  I made a lot of friends at Jefferson and had a lot of fun there but thought of all of you many times.  So, this was a real treat for me to see this web site.

I attended CSU when I graduated from JHS and dropped out after the first year because I did not have the funds.  Also, the store my mom worked for had burned to the ground at the end of my freshman year at CSU.  My mom needed my help so I came back home to live and started working at the U. S. Mint. Maybe some of you remember that my father died when I was seven. That job led me to meet my husband who was in the U. S. Secret Service at the time.  He came into the Mint to target practice at the range they have in the basement of the building.

We were moved around the country seven times with his next government job and I worked at many different companies.  Our two sons were in several high schools and it was very hard on them but they have turned out to be wonderful men.

We are now retired and soon will have been married for 50 years.  We live in Denver, North Carolina.  We love to travel and have been all over the world.

Dale (Andersson PhD)
May 21, 1944 Technical Consultant Married 3
After graduation, schooling continued (both in and out of the classroom) some fun and some serious time. Fun in the class room and serious events after classes.  Then, 4 years later it started, OMG, my "Adult Life" two years as a H.S. instructor and two years as a freshman BioSci Assistant at CU.  It was these last two years that reality really hit, so several carriers were explored for the next few years which lead to what I felt as project that would help industry and consumers alike.  So here I am a grandfather of 5 and doing what I like to do when I want to....
